Lately in Moscow on the territory Crocus Expo was finished XIV International Specialized Exhibition of Office and Stationery Equipment  «SKREPKA EXPO».

The organizer of the exhibition The Association of Manufacturers and Resellers of Office and Stationery Products in Russia (APKOR) ) in partnership with Association of Manufacturers of consumable materials for office equipment and with collective organizer «China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition» thank companies «eBazar» and «Esselte» for supporting of the exhibition and would like to tell you about the resumes of it.

The subject matter of this exhibition touched celebration of 50th y.o. of the first flight of a man to the space. And now, when the participants of the exhibition go back to their everyday life, now we can say, that a year of astronautics in stationery equipment is led in a cosmic scale.As Executive director of APKOR Tatiana Kalinina mentioned, on this exhibition all the cosmic records were beaten by the amount of participants and visitors, and by the sizes of built area.

Old residents say that they don’t remember such an active exhibition.On the territory of 12 000 squire meters was a great work during the whole 3 days with participation of 220 exponents and 9 000 visitors. On this exhibition were specialists from Russia, Belorussia, Germany, Turkey, China, India, France, Japan, Scotland, Italy.

Cosmos was everywhere: in sizes, in interior decoration, in positiveness. The stand of directory was decorated with a portrait of Gagarin, and with anniversary markers from the company «STAAMM», and employees in silver coats gave visitors sweets named «space odyssey» and «stratosphere».

In a business zone people could have a look at the thematic exposition «Office planet» and «Stars of stationary galaxy from the collection Leitz Alpha Active.

Either novices or old exponents of the exhibition «Skrepka Expo» were very creative. All the stands were good, some of them were just spectacular. Visitors mentioned a very creative stand of  «eBazar» and «I.T.I.» If there was announced a competition to choose the best stand in this way the company Alt would get the best prize «for constancy» with a motto «stability is a sign of mastery» The company «Double A Pаper» found visitors acceptance for a «special attention to the questions of ecology». Stand of the company «BIC» made his debut and it also was given much attention.

On March 16th some stands were decorated with zolotaya skrepka, lucky participants got this award during Zolotaya Skrepka National Award in the Market of Office and Stationery Products.

And this is just an outer side. The exhibition was full of business events sectoral scale. On March 15th and 16th on the International exhibition Skrepka Expo was the first All-Russia forum «ART 2011: retail business of art industry» On his event there were specialists who made goods for hobby and creation and managers of art saloons to exchange experiences in the program of seminars.

In addition, on March 15th and 16th there was a conference about consumable materials for office equipment «School of marketing APRM», participants had seminars and represented their production. From toners and inc for toner cartridges till original spares, special analyzers of laser cartridges, compatible consumable materials and full service of followers and printers – various goods and services, for work of office equipment, all this was offered to visitors and participants of the exhibition «Skrepka Expo».

The participants of this exhibition supplemented business program with events. 3HK «Nevskaya Palitra» conducted a specialized program by in plastic art, graphics, decoration, painting on the textile, pastel and aquarelle painting. NPP «Polion-P» conducted a program by painting with gouache. Creative agency ARTA represented a presentation «Bestsellers on the market of a gift stationery of Europe - now in Russia also».

Either participants or visitors noticed with great pleasure that all three days were full of events and active till official closing of the exhibition. Everybody were working without having a rest and many people didn’t have time for meetings and negotiations. So, we all will have what to do in the nearest future.
