A short guide by participation in the International Specialized Exhibition of stationery and office equipment «Skrepka Expo».

Below you can find the instructions, which will be very useful for you, it will ease your participation, save you time and will guide your energy to other important matters in preparing for the exhibition. (Full text of Official_guide_for_exhibitors you can download here)
STEP №1. How to choose a booth for participation.
You can participate in our exhibition with 2 kinds of booths. A choice of a booth depends on function features, on your preferences and depends on the goals which you may have.
1. Individual booth.
In this case the area includes only area, without building of a booth (also without carpeting, walls, electricity and other)
You will have to apply to the building – company, which can build your booth by your own individual design, and by the rules of exhibition Center «Crocus Expo». In addition exponent needs to pay for the electricity (necessarily), and water supply for a booth if need.
The next work with the booth will be with a building – company.
2. Standard booth.
Choosing this type of participation you rent an exhibition area which is already built in«standard equipment»
Standard equipment includes the name of the company on a fascia board over the booth, wall panels, electrical outlet, lamps, carpeting and different furniture. Combination and amount depends on the metric area of a booth. Except standard equipment you also can rent extra equipment.

Don’t forget that, to connect the booth the electricity costs (65 euro. With VAT!)

STEP №2 Choice and agreement of the booth in the exhibition.
You have to fill in the application form on the website indicating the metric area of the booth. After that the directory of the exhibition will send you a scheme of the exhibition hall pointing vacant places.
STEP№3 Agreement of the place, signing a contract, invoice.
After agreement of the place on the scheme you will get a Contract for participation in the exhibition and invoice for the area. Within 3 days from the moment of getting the Contract you have to send a facsimile copy of the contract with a sign and seal of your company, and also to pay an invoice according to the metric area.
Study the «Official_guide_for_exhibitors» this is an official application to the Contract, this is the basis of invoices for extra services and it has full information for participation in the exhibition.

STEP №4 Information in the exhibition catalog.
Information in the exhibition catalog is very important not only for successful participation in the exhibition but also for further work of your company with potential clients after the show. Exhibition catalog is spread among the visitors of the exhibition, also, after the show is spread to all people who are interested to find suppliers of office and stationery goods. From the catalog they can find out the main information about your company and your contact information.
To have your information in the catalog you have to think it over and send the information to the Directory of the exhibition beforehand. The application to give the information to the catalog you can find in Official_guide_for_exhibitors.
STEP№5 Preparation for the exhibition.
Individual booth.
You discuss all the works concerning design, materials for preparation of the booth and etc. with a «building company». All that you will have to give to the Directory is a amount kw document, which your booth will need, to turn it to the electricity in the hall, about water supply, and amount of pendants. Standard booth.
All the works in planning and building of the standard booth you discuss with the Directory of the exhibition.
The metric area includes a set of equipment which you will need during the exhibition. (Full equipment depending on the metric area you can find in Official_guide_for_exhibitors).
At your will, you can expand the functionality of your booth, you can add options from the list «Extra equipment» (taping of the show – window, extra furniture etc.)
After your decision about equipment of your booth you have to fill in the application form «Standard booth». You can download the application form «Standard booth» and instructions from Official_guide_for_exhibitors.
If you have any questions about the main or extra equipment or organization of the area on the standard booth, please connect the Directorate.
STEP №6. Choice of extra services.
To have a successful participation on the exhibition, please, read the list of extra services on the exhibition, such as cleaning of the booth, internet access on the booth, advertisement near the entrance to the hall, advertisement in the catalog, rent of the conference hall and etc. You can find the list of extra services in Official_guide_for_exhibitors. Use them as an extra instrument for attraction visitor’s attention to your company on the exhibition – increase the effectiveness of your participation.
STEP №7 Control.
Be sure that, that you sent all the information for participation in time, and that your information was got and was featured, that you paid all the invoices for all the services.
Now, you can prepare for the exhibition.
Other information you will get on the eve of the exhibition: this information will be on the website of the exhibition or you will get it to your email address.
REMEMBER! This instruction doesn't releive you from investigating the “Official_guide_for_exhibitors”, but it is called to ease your work in preparation for the exhibition.
